I don't know how many percentages of people are billed by the time and/or transferred date amount on internet. I am one of them unfortunately. I just think these fancy-looking-but-meaningless pictures are a waste of time ( both to download and to look at ) and a waste of data ( eat up both my account limit and my hard disk storage). Let alone the money too.

Java animated pictures make things even worse. You would probably have realized you had been forced to retrieve messages in the same page on and on. What's worst of all, sometimes you can't even stop them.

O I learned from Spectrum Virtual University that building a "good" home site is a serious task, not just a show off of B&Ws. I think whoever has a home page must make his own contributions to the internet to some extent. You would find some of my contributions here -- free stuff bind with my own way of thinking.

If you are using Ms IE, you may find out (by clicking above) that Ms IE can't fully support Netscape's Javascript,although it boasts so.
